Faculty Development Programme

We are excited to announce a One-Week Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the cutting-edge theme: “AI-Enabled Outcome-Based Education for Academic Excellence in Higher Education” This FDP is being organized by the AMIEE Association in collaboration with the CMAOI Association , and will be held from 15th June to 19th June 2026 (Monday to Friday) from 2pm to 4pm.

The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “AI-Enabled Outcome-Based Education for Academic Excellence in Higher Education” is a future-oriented initiative designed to empower educators, academic leaders, and researchers with the knowledge and skills required to effectively implement Outcome-Based Education (OBE) frameworks enhanced by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The programme focuses on aligning curriculum design, teaching-learning strategies, assessment practices, and accreditation requirements with measurable learning outcomes while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance student engagement, performance tracking, and personalized learning experiences. Structured with flexible evening sessions, the FDP ensures accessibility for academic faculty as well as working professionals.

Spanning five enriching days, the FDP will explore innovative approaches to integrating AI technologies within Outcome-Based Education systems to achieve academic excellence and institutional quality enhancement. Through expert sessions, practical demonstrations, case studies, and interactive discussions, participants will gain insights into outcome mapping, AI-assisted assessment and analytics, curriculum improvement, continuous quality assurance, and data-driven decision-making in higher education. The programme promotes a culture of innovation, student-centric learning, and academic excellence aligned with the evolving demands of the digital era.
