We are excited to announce the successfully conducted One-Week National Level Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the contemporary theme: “Beyond Publication: AI, Research Innovation, Impact & Future-Ready Research Practices”. Jointly organized by the AMIEE Associationand CMAOI Association in collaboration with Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology, Vellakulam, Tamil Nadu, this high-impact academic initiative took place from 28th September to 3rd October 2026. To ensure maximum reach and practical engagement, the FDP was conducted in a dynamic Hybrid Mode—combining interactive virtual sessions throughout the week with an exclusive one-day hands-on offline session hosted live on-campus at Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology.

Designed as a forward-looking capacity-building initiative, this program equipped faculty members, researchers, scholars, and postgraduate students with actionable skills to elevate research quality, visibility, and global citation impact. The curriculum spanned the entire modern research lifecycle, including idea generation, literature reviews, academic writing, and strategic publication practices. A primary focus was placed on the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) in academia, emphasizing ethical research workflows and translating innovative studies into meaningful societal and industrial solutions.
